The Federation does not create rank. Rank is conferred by a practitioner’s home system. Federation recognition can be granted when standards are met. Recognition rests on: Paperwork alone is insufficient. Promotions are deliberate and meaningful. Senior status is by review and nomination. Scarcity preserves value. |
