Don’t forget!! Our next ASDF Happy Hour is on Sunday, 2/19/2023, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.

This month, Sensei Mike McGee will be presenting during the Happy Hour. He has not shared the topic for his presenation, but he has a great deal of experience and wisdom to share, having trained with some top Okinawan Uechi-ryu instructors. I hope you will be able to join us.

Last month Sensei Danny Satterfield gave a great presentation on proprioception and its relationship to martial arts. His presentation was very good and sparked a great deal of interesting conversation.

So far, those who have attended our last two Happy Hours have had a great time. Check us out!
